This class is totally beginner friendly, focussed on creating a strong foundation and gradually building strength and stability.
We explore yoga poses (asana) and breathing exercises, finishing off with a lovely relaxation at the end.

If you’re interested in coming along or would like to ask any questions just send me a message ✨

We have plenty of equipment here at the studio so if you don’t have your own that’s not a problem. Wear something comfy that you can move freely in 🧘

I can’t wait for yoga this Tuesday- this week feels as though it’s dragged on forever!

Last week we explored hip flexion and forward bends.
This week is all about healthy mobility in the spine, exploring side bending and some gentle heart openers.
