This week MWMS celebrates our second birthday. 2025 to date has been a busy year for us, we have deployed resources throughout the UK providing ambulance transport, HCP led medical provision at a variety of sporting and public events and delivered a variety of first aid related subjects to a variety of audiences.

With the introduction of our ‘health and wellbeing clinics’, our HCP’s have been able to provide a vital health facility for our farming communities, not only have they provided advice to our farmers, they have been able to identify medical conditions early, enabling appropriate treatment to be started.

2026 is already looking busy for MWMS and we look forward to supporting our returning clients and those who have come to us for the first time.

We could not have done this with the help of all our dedicated clinicians, which we are very grateful to have such a dedicated and professional team.

To kick off the upcoming festive season, this weekend we have crews out supporting Christmas light switch on events, ‘Reindeer’ runs and cover for our regular clients at winter sporting events. We hope every one involved has fun and enjoys the upcoming festive season.

As the winter is amongst us, we are still out supporting the events and sporting industry. Well done to all the participants of the Real Ale Wobble - on a fun way to see the beautiful views from a Mid Wales forestry, and to the organisers who finished of this years bonfire season in the Brecon Beacons and Ceredigion.

As the event season carries on, we recommend our event organisers not to forget to arrange your medical provision for 2026. We look forward to supporting organisers who have booked MWMS for 2026 already.

Track prep this morning for this Sundays Simon Rees Memorial Hare ‘n’ hound, a very important in the Rhayader Motor Club calendar.

Entries now looking good, big thanks to Andrew James for sorting but still entries available.

It’s held again at the home of EnduroGP of Wales, Cwmythig Hill THIS Sunday.
Come and join us there and ride some of the Cross Test we use for the EnduroGP of Wales plus all the great parts we can’t use for the GP.
Long lap, great racing and all in memory of Simon.

We have now added a “2 Man Team” option too!
If you want to partner up with another rider, all you need to do is let us know the rider’s name.
The other rider doesn’t need to be in your class, all we will do is add both your laps/time penalties to theirs after the event has finished to work out the results.
There is an extra cost of £5 per rider, which is to be paid at signing on.
The top 3 on the day will either get Awards or a Prize!

The lap will include both motocross circuits at Cwmythig, along with nearby fields making up an enjoyable 3 mile route to suit all abilities.

Awards will be presented to the Top 3 riders in ALL Classes right after the event has finished.

Huge hard standing Paddock!
Overnight Camping is welcome too.

Even though the 2025 event season is far from over, in the last few months we have been filling the 2026 calendar. It is great to be able to provide event organisers with reassurance that they will get the service they require when they book a reputable company. We again advise organisers to book early to avoid disappointment.

This year we have had to reject requests from numerous events asking for our services just days leading upto their event, as their cheaper provider let them down at last minute.

MWMS prides itself primarily being an event medical provider. Our number one aim is to support the event industry.
