As we come to the end of another year, I want to personally thank everyone who has supported Omega First Aid Training throughout 2025. Whether you’ve trained with us, worked alongside us, or trusted us to support your organisation, your commitment to safety and wellbeing truly matters.

This time of year can be joyful, but it can also be challenging for many. At omega First Aid Training, we believe that looking after mental health is just as important as physical first aid. Checking in on colleagues, friends, and family — and knowing when and how to offer support — can make a life-changing difference.

As we head into the festive period, I encourage everyone to take care of themselves and each other, and to remember that help and support are always available.

The festive season is a time for celebrations, catching up with friends, and enjoying a few drinks — but please remember: if you drink, don’t drive.

One bad decision can change lives forever. Plan ahead, book a taxi, arrange a lift, stay over, or be the designated driver. Getting home safely is the best gift you can give yourself and others this Christmas.
