Nine years of healing hands.

What started as a vision has grown into something I am deeply proud of.

Does your hip ever ache right at the top of your leg?

That deep, hard-to-pinpoint ache in the hip crease isn’t always your hip joint.

Very often, it’s tension.

Tight hip flexors, pelvic imbalance, long hours sitting, constipation, mattress changes, even previous pelvic surgery, can all create pain that feels deep and internal.

For many women, it can even feel like period pain… just slightly higher up.

It often:

• Comes and goes
• Feels deep rather than surface level
• Is worse after sitting
• Improves once you start moving

I’ve had a total hysterectomy myself, so I understand how pelvic changes can influence hip tension years later. It’s more common than we realise, and it doesn’t mean something is “wrong.” It usually means the body needs support.
