I’ve felt really inspired by friends who hold loving + SOLID boundaries. Quan Yin came in gently with her evanescent compassion:

“You need not seek in others what you know within yourself. Yet, you need see the mirror of yourself in them. Be still. Be kind. It is a kindness to all to reaffirm your own structure. Step into that now, you are there.” 🪞

🪽 You don’t need to over-explain yourself
✨ You don’t need to rescue reflections
🪽 You don’t need to abandon structure to remain loving

As she’s sitting with me, she explains softly that holding space can be loving and firm without being porous. Reflecting on Quan Yin’s transmission, I’ve noticed a significant increase in how willing I am to use my voice + set my boundaries. I’m starting to notice a full body reaction when they’re crossed! Diary of a recoverED people pleaser! 🌌

🌬️✨ Air Magic ✨🌬️

I recently visited a town called Hextable in Kent, England. It has inspired so much air magic in me. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

This is a simple and accessible practice to anyone with chimes of any sort! 🎐

All you need to do is hold them, set your intention and hang them outside. The wind will do the rest! 🌬️

~ My intention for the winds today ~

‘Calling in wellness to my household through the winds. May Edward be wrapped up in health and his cough move through him swiftly, clearing what’s needed.’

You could call in a dream, health, an opportunity… let the winds work their blessings. 🙏🪶✨
