I have always felt passionate about using natural and holistic methods to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. By treating each person as an individual, rather than focusing on illness, I feel that this can be accomplished. When treating a patient using Traditional Chinese Medicine, I use a combination of both traditional and modern techniques which include; acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, electro acupuncture and guasha. Acupuncture may benefit many conditions, and some of these include; sciatica, muscle and joint pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety, depression, menstrual issues, wellbeing during and after pregnancy, fertility, digestive issues, hypertension, acne, hay fever and insomnia. As a Naturopath, I use several different therapeutic methods which include; Bach Flowers, Tissue Salts, Iridology, Nutrition, Homeopathy and Herbs. I feel I have an affinity with Bach Flowers and Tissue Salts and I use them in conjunction with Acupuncture regularly.

Nestled on the southern edge of the stunning New Forest National Park in Hampshire, Blashford Manor Farmhouse is a retreat venue that merges rustic elegance with breathtaking natural surroundings. This early 19th‑century farmhouse is set amid lush paddocks, woodlands, with the internationally significant Blashford Lakes nature reserve just across the road.

Stepping onto the grounds, guests immediately feel invited into a tranquil landscape where native birds sing across heathlands and lakes, and wildlife thrives in the wetlands and woodlands.

The farm’s spacious paddocked garden offers a perfect al fresco setting for our days holistic schedule, allowing us to restore within, breathing in the fresh country air, and unwinding with the sounds of nature and finishing with the soft evening light as company.

Our Sensory Retreat is designed with the intention of holding a welcoming space for you to unwind and relax.

Our day has been carefully constructed to offer Tarot inspired Yoga, Tarot & Oracle cards, Acupuncture, Wim Hof Breathwork (with optional Ice Bath) and will finish with a specially designed Yoga Nidra session with accompanying Sound Healing.

We are also pleased to offer a healthy veggie lunch and snacks provided by the local Four Acre Farm.

I’ve been getting more enquiries about Iridology consultations recently.

I had my first consultation over 30 years ago and have been fascinated ever since.

To understand the constitution, emotional aspects, genetic predisposed conditions and overall health of a person by looking at their irises is truly an art and a science.

To be part of someone’s health journey using Iridology as a diagnostic tool is incredible. It’s also so empowering for an individual and can help them to manage their health.
