After a dog attack 4.5 years ago, Jo had a short transhumeral amputation and hadn’t really used a prosthesis since.

She joined us at Egham for a myoelectric trial and, after tackling severe phantom limb pain through our pain management programme, began intensive rehab.

By day 6, Jo achieved her big goal: cutting her own food for the first time in 4.5 years 💙 A life-changing moment that had her smiling all day!
