I believe that it is important to treat the functional cause of the injury instead of chasing the symptoms and so I often incorporate rehabilitative and preventative measures into my treatment plans to ensure long-term recovery.
I have been described as a 'Hybrid Chiropractor' because of the integrated treatment approach I take. I take the best bits of Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Sports Exercise and Massage Therapy, to give the best possible care for my patients.
I have a special interest in treating acute neck and back pain and am continually amazed at how quickly chiropractic care can ease these painful injuries and improve the quality of life for my patients.
Sports and fitness have always been important features in my life and I enjoy treating sports injuries to help people reach their full potential. I have a special interest in treating athletes and incorporate a mixture of chiropractic care and sports rehabilitation exercises to ensure they reach optimum function and performance in their chosen sport.
I have a special interest in Paediatric Chiropractic and treating women both during and after pregnancy. There is so much Chiropractors can do for babies and expecting mummies; please feel free to have a chat with me, to see if I can help.
