I'm regularly asked about pillows and mattresses- so here we are. We bought our mattress and pillows from this company; toxin free all natural. You can even pack your pillow with as much or as little wool as you choose, you can buy extra bags of wool (all washed and clean 😉).

We've had our Sun stream two person infra-red sauna for 18 months and are very happy with it. We enjoy it nearly daily for detox, weight loss, relaxation and better sleep.

This is the difference...most medics concentrate on 'fixing' a person once they are ill. If we look after ourselves, we stand to have a better quality of life- fact!

For those of you that have talked to me about diet; know that I've been fasting on a regular basis for nearly 18 months. One man who listened to me has lost two stone before having his cardiac surgery through sensible fasting- well done to him! This is what excites me about my hobby, I don't call it a job, because I love it so much- it's the extra change I can help with in people's lives that really makes a difference.

I thought I'd share this from the week's continued professional development (CPD) course we attended last month- just happened to be on a cruise ship 😂 (all Osteopaths, doctors etc have to do CPD as a legal requirement to keep their licence)
