🎉 Celebrating Suzanna! 🎉

A big congratulations to Suzanna, who has been promoted to Manager of the service at JC Homecare.

Suzanna has been part of the JC family for 14 years, starting as a Care & Support Worker, then progressing to Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager, and now Manager. Over the years she has built strong relationships with both our clients and staff and truly understands what JC is all about.

The team marked the occasion with a celebratory cake today 🍰 and we couldn’t be prouder of her journey and dedication to the service.

We’re delighted to mark being Regional Finalists in the Great British Care Awards (Yorkshire & Humber) for Best Home Care Team. To celebrate our incredible staff, we presented our own JC Team medals, alongside our Social Care & Fun Team Awards trophies, where colleagues nominated each other for categories such as Best Listening Ear, Team Cheerleader and more.

Yesterday, members of the JC Homecare team came together to celebrate a truly special milestone — being named finalists in the Great British Care Awards this November — as well as to enjoy a festive Christmas get-together.

The White Bear in Masham was a wonderful host, providing an outstanding meal and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the occasion even more memorable. It was a lovely opportunity to relax, reflect on a year of hard work and achievements, and enjoy each other’s company outside of the day-to-day demands of care.

A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all, and we’re incredibly proud of our team and everything they continue to achieve.
