Yesterday, our staff, residents, and some of their families came together to help raise vital funds for Brain Tumour Research by wearing silly hats in exchange for a small donation.

Every contribution made yesterday, along with any donations received between now and the end of April, will make a real difference to this incredibly important cause.

A lovely day out yesterday with a few of our lovely residents ☺️

We enjoyed a trip to Elm Court Garden Centre, where everyone enjoyed a hot drink and a slice of cake while taking in the beautiful plants and surroundings. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and we are looking forward to returning again in the near future to get some more plants for our little garden 🥰 🌿☕🍰

Since the very beginning, Sally has played an integral role in helping Lakeview grow into the home it is today. She is truly the backbone of our team and a consistently welcoming face to everyone who walks through our doors. Her dedication to both residents and staff is exceptional—she goes above and beyond to support her colleagues, always with kindness, positivity, and care.

Our residents have enjoyed a wonderful St Patrick’s Day here at Lake View Lodge!

We kicked off the day with some fun seated Irish dancing that everyone could join in with, followed by a delicious traditional Irish lunch. This afternoon brought plenty of laughter with a lively game of coin toss, and we rounded off the celebrations with a tasty cake and a delightful Irish coffee 😋
