Healing is not about forgetting the past.
It is about learning how to live in the present without the past controlling your life.

Trauma can leave deep roots in our memories, emotions, and bodies. Sometimes it appears through anxiety, fear, nightmares, or feeling constantly on edge. These are not signs of weakness they are natural responses to difficult experiences.

Just like a tree, healing begins with the roots. When we acknowledge our past and give ourselves space to process it safely, growth becomes possible.

Therapy provides a safe and supportive space where healing can begin, one step at a time.

Hello and welcome! I'm Elida, a licensed Psychological Therapist and the founder of E H Therapy Clinic. As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am here to provide a safe, supportive space for your mental well-being.
With over 10 years of experience, including extensive work in the refugee sector, I have had the privilege of helping clients from all walks of life navigate their unique challenges. I am deeply passionate about improving mental health and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health struggles. My practice is person-centered, focused on empathy and understanding, with additional therapeutic approaches integrated to suit each individual's needs.
