💼 The Role:
• Leading shifts with confidence
• Supporting and mentoring the team
• Administering medication
• Keeping documentation up to date
• Being part of the heart and humour of the home
🌱 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in care (senior experience is a bonus)
• NVQ Level 3 or working towards it
• Someone kind, reliable, and team-minded
• A good sense of humour — essential for surviving the odd chaotic moment
