I used to rely so heavily on my mind for all the answers - analysing, planning, second-guessing everything. But through my Kundalini practice, I began to trust what my body was saying.
When we stop depending on the mind for all the answers, we reconnect with our intuition. That inner knowing that simply says "yes" or "no" without all the mental gymnastics. It's like having a direct line to your truth.
Life becomes so much easier when you can intuit your way forward rather than think your way through everything. Your body already knows what's right for you - we just need to learn how to listen. This is what Kundalini Activation did for me....
