"Life is a juggling act."

In Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas by James Patterson, there’s a metaphor that has stayed with me.

Working with clients, I see this play out every day. I often sit with people who are overwhelmed—juggling too much, trying not to drop anything. But the truth is, we all drop balls. The important thing is understanding which ones can bounce and which ones can't.

When we push ourselves to keep everything in the air, often what falls is what matters most.

Balance doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly or even doing it all.
It means learning to pause, reflect, and ask: What matters most right now?

✨ Your well-being is not a luxury. It’s foundational.
✨ Protect the glass balls.

🫶 It's about knowing what's truly fragile and protecting it.

You don’t have to juggle everything. Let the rubber ball bounce if and when it needs to.

Sometimes the most profound moments come from the school run. My son asked a big question about religion today and it turned into one of the most meaningful talks we’ve ever had.

We talked about faith, identity, connection, and how our differences don’t have to divide us. At the heart of it all, we are just human, trying to make sense of this shared experience called life.
