Hydrotherapy… what an amazing adjunct. We go home at night, kick our shoes off and flop on the sofa. So many of of clients can’t do that. Hydro is their one hour a week (if they can find a pool with availability) to relax. This needs to be valued when we look to enhance quality of life.
Shame about the Worzel Gummidge hair…. My Physio friends…. I know you can empathize (but absolutely worth it!)💙💙💙

What’s a neuro Physio without a neuro OT?!
I planned to attend Therapy Expo yesterday but spent most of it next door at the Occupational Therapy Show learning about new equipment that could make a huge difference to our patient’s lives. I had plenty of company from my OT buddies Ciara Duffy Joanne Boothroyd Lucy Leonard Norma Jane Findlay Liz Headford Sam Mayer and of course the equipment Whizz Nathan from Newlyn Healthcare did spend the day in the Physio room and learnt lots about new treatments that will benefit our polytrauma clients. A day well spent 🫶
