- Donβt feel confident in doing some of the harder workouts
- Want to change up the exercise your currently doing

This is the workout for youππΌ
30 seconds Star Jumps
10 seconds rest
30 seconds Press Ups (using knees)
10 seconds rest
30 Seconds Sprints (on the spot)
10 seconds rest
30 seconds Toe Touch (crunches)
10 seconds rest
30 seconds Burpee (beginner version)
10 seconds rest
30 seconds Squats
30 seconds rest repeat 4 times.
