Despite the forfeit, both teams had players putting in work off the field. Chewventus’ consistency in the challenges helped them secure a strong overall total.

A brilliant, hard-fought game. Ozempiacos pushed Diabetico all the way in the overall, showing just how much the small wins off the pitch can swing things — just one point difference overall!

A great competitive game to kick off the night, with Ever-tonne pushing hard throughout. Diabetico Madrid showed real sharpness in front of goal, taking their chances well and building a strong overall total. Despite the scoreline, this one felt tight on the pitch with both sides working tirelessly end to end.

Not the way either side wanted this one to go, but Inter Pieami take the points and keep themselves in a strong position in the group. Credit to both teams for still getting the off-pitch work done where it really matters.

A proper battle to finish the night! Both teams created plenty of chances and the game felt on a knife-edge throughout. Chewventus edged the on-pitch result with a late push, but Wider Bremen’s strong off-pitch efforts ensured they took the overall win — showing again how vital the weight-loss points are in Cup games.

Another brilliant week across the league, with every team producing standout performers. Here are your GW5 winners:

⬛️ Chewventus – Gareth Elliot
Gareth continues his incredible run of form, securing Man of the Match for the third week in a row! A model of consistency and leadership, he once again pushed his team right to the final whistle.

🟦 Ever-Tonne – Andy Mayo
A rock-solid performance from Andy, showing composure, graft and quality throughout. Fully deserved recognition after a competitive battle on the late pitch.

⬜️ Inter Pieami – Jack Moncreiff (C)
A proper captain’s display from Jack. Led by example, organised his side brilliantly and produced the big moments when they mattered most.

🟩 Wider Bremen – Robert Bull (GK & C)
Huge performance between the sticks and a captain’s effort all round. Robert pulled off some massive saves to keep his team fighting all match long.

Another brilliant week of football and weight-loss graft across the MANvFAT Rotherham league! Three fiercely-contested fixtures, packed with energy, organisation and real determination from every team involved.

Overall: ⬜️ 7–11 ⬛️

A tight and tactical battle from the first whistle. Inter Pieami started brightly and took their chances well, but Chewventus pushed them all the way with strong spells of possession and relentless pressure late on. A proper end-to-end contest where both sides left everything on the pitch.

A fantastic, hard-fought encounter. Diabetico Madrid were clinical in key moments, but Wider Bremen absolutely matched them for work rate, discipline, and intensity throughout the game. Both teams created chances and defended bravely — a real advert for how competitive the league is becoming.

🎉 Another 15% Smashed! Huge Congratulations to Nick Fitzgerald! 🎉

It’s a new week at MANvFAT Rotherham, and we’re celebrating yet another incredible achievement — this time from Nick Fitzgerald, who has officially hit his 15% weight loss milestone! 👏🔥

Nick has been with us since 2021 and has now lost an amazing 29.5 kilos in total. His journey is a brilliant example of what teamwork, support, and a bit of fun can achieve when everyone is working towards a common goal 🫶🏻

On the pitch, off the pitch, and in every weigh-in between, Nick has shown real dedication to improving his fitness and being part of a supportive community that pushes each other to do better every week.
