A wet and wild Halloween night at Parkgate, but that didn’t stop the action! 💪
Massive respect to everyone who braved the weather (and skipped the trick or treating 🍬) to kick off the cup in style.

🔥 Adam K led the way with a huge 4kg loss in his first week – incredible start!

👏 Richard B & Josh W both continuing their great progress with solid losses.

🌟 Special mentions:
💥 Jack – once again in Team of the Week! In around 16 weeks back, he’s lost weight every single week, tracking food and steps relentlessly. Now over 20kg down – absolutely unreal consistency! 👏

This season we’re bringing in something new to help everyone boost their fitness and help their team out on the pitch, but more importantly helping motivating you to do more and lose those extra pounds off the pitch

💡 How it works:
Every week, if players complete non-football-related exercise (like walking, running, swimming, cycling, or a gym session) and track it for at least 30 minutes on a fitness app or smartwatch — your team can earn bonus goals!
