MAN v FAT Rotherham – Gameweek Eight Man of the Match 🏆⚽

Back after the break and straight into some strong individual performances. These lads stood out for their teams this week 👇

🟩 Byron Hughes – Wider Bremen
Tireless at the back. Relentless pressing and never gave the Reds’ attackers a moment to settle.

🟦 Simon Ellis – Ever-Tonne
Strong on the ball and always looked dangerous going forward. A constant threat throughout.

⬛️ Nick Fitzgerald – Chewventus
A tough game for the Blacks, but Nick stood firm. Solid defensively and kept things from getting out of hand.

🟨 Matt Hart – Ozempiacos
Worked hard all game and played for the team. Proper team performance 👏

⬜️ James Asquith – Inter Pieami
Key man in midfield. Linked play well and kept driving the team forward all game.

🟥 Kevin Eaton – Diabetico Madrid
Another strong shift, always involved and setting the tempo… and let’s be honest, probably the best hair on the pitch as well 😎

We’re back after the Easter break… and straight back into it. Some tight games, solid effort across the board, and a strong return considering it’s been the holidays.

🟩 Wider Bremen 11 – 11 Diabetico Madrid
Pitch: Diabetico Madrid 1 – 0 Wider Bremen
A proper close one. Madrid edged it on the pitch, but Bremen’s effort off it brought things level overall. A great example of how every bit of work counts.

🟦 Ever-Tonne 14 – 10 Chewventus
Pitch: Ever-Tonne 4 – 1 Chewventus
A strong performance from Ever-Tonne. Clinical on the pitch and backed up with solid numbers off it to take a convincing overall win.

🟨 Ozempiacos 10 – 6 Inter Pieami
Pitch: 2 – 2
Nothing to split them in the game, but Ozempiacos’ work during the week made the difference, turning a draw into a solid overall result.

Another strong week with big effort across the board. Tight games on the pitch, but once again it was the work away from Tuesday night that made the difference in the overall scores.

⬛️ Chewventus 11 – 10 Diabetico Madrid
Pitch: 1 – 1
Nothing to split them in the game itself, a proper tight contest. Chewventus just edged it overall thanks to their off-pitch effort, showing how fine the margins are getting.

🟩 Wider Bremen 16 – 11 Inter Pieami
Pitch: Inter Pieami 2 – 0 Wider Bremen
Inter Pieami did the job on the pitch with a solid 2-0 win, but Bremen flipped the result with a big week off the pitch to take a convincing overall victory.

🟨 Ozempiacos 15 – 9 Ever-Tonne
Pitch: 2 – 0
A strong all-round performance from Ozempiacos. Solid on the pitch and backed up with the numbers to secure a comfortable overall win.

Another week, another set of top performances across the league. These lads stepped up for their teams and made a real impact on the pitch.

🟩 Chris Roberts – Wider Bremen
Ran the midfield. Always available on the ball, constantly communicating and keeping things ticking for his team.

🟦 Mat Hanford – Ever-Tonne
Big performance between the sticks. Pulled off some pivotal saves, commanded his box well and distributed the ball with confidence.

🟥 Kevin Eaton – Diabetico Madrid
Relentless from start to finish. Up and down the pitch all game, contributing in attack and defence with key passes and crucial work at the back.

⬜️ Chris Green – Inter Pieami
Two fantastic goals and complete control in midfield. A real all-round performance that drove his team forward.

⬛️ Stephen Beckam – Chewventus
A constant problem for the opposition. Always wanted the ball, always looking to make something happen.

Apologies for the delay on this one… but it’s definitely worth the wait. Another strong week across the league with big efforts both on the pitch and on the scales.

🟩 Wider Bremen 12 – 10 Chewventus
Pitch: Wider Bremen 2 – 0 Chewventus
A solid all-round performance from the Greens. A 2-0 win on the pitch set the tone, and their off-field efforts backed it up to secure a well-earned overall victory.

🟥 Diabetico Madrid 18 – 8 Ozempiacos
Pitch: Ozempiacos 3 – 1 Diabetico Madrid
A great example of what this league is all about. Ozempiacos took the win on the pitch, but Madrid’s huge effort during the week completely flipped the result, running out comfortable overall winners.

🟦 Ever-Tonne 10 – 4 Inter Pieami
Pitch: Inter Pieami 2 – 0 Ever-Tonne
Another game where the pitch result told a different story. Inter Pieami were strong in the match, but Ever-Tonne’s off-pitch commitment made the difference, turning it around for a big overall win.

MAN v FAT Rotherham – Gameweek Five Man of the Match 🏆⚽

Some brilliant individual performances across the league this week, with these players standing out for their teams and earning the Man of the Match recognition.

🟥 Alex Love – Diabetico Madrid
An excellent all-round performance. Alex was clinical in front of goal and played a huge role bringing the Reds into the game with some great passing and link-up play.

🟦 Andy Mayo – Ever-Tonne
A solid defensive display from Andy, keeping things tight at the back and making life difficult for the opposition attackers.

⬛️ Gareth Whittam-Lees – Chewventus
A top night between the sticks. Gareth kept a clean sheet against a very attacking side, making some key saves to deny them.

🟨 Ryan Hacking – Ozempiacos
Like a brick wall in the net. Ryan stood strong defensively and wasn’t letting anything past him.

🟩 Byron Hughes – Wider Bremen
Another strong defensive showing. Byron caused attackers problems all night and made it extremely tough for them to break through.

⬜️ Chris Green – Inter Pieami
A real powerhouse performance. Chris dominated across the pitch, influencing the game both in attack and defence for the Whites.

Another great night down at Parkgate with 84% attendance and 62% of the lads losing weight this week. The effort across the league continues to show both on the pitch and on the scales, with the club now reaching an incredible 64.9kg lost so far this season.

🟥 Diabetico Madrid 15 – 8 ⬜️ Inter Pieami
Pitch: Diabetico Madrid 4 – 2 Inter Pieami
A strong performance from the Reds saw them take the win on the pitch with an attacking display that produced four goals. Their effort off the pitch only strengthened the result, securing a convincing overall victory.
🟩 Wider Bremen 13 – 11 🟦 Ever-Tonne
Pitch: Wider Bremen 0-1 Ever-Tonne
A tight contest saw Ever-Tonne edge the football side with a narrow 1-0 win. But Bremen’s work away from Tuesday night proved decisive, with their off-pitch results pushing them ahead to claim the overall points.

Pitch: Chewventus 0 – 0 Ozempiacos
A defensive battle ended goalless on the pitch, with neither side able to find a breakthrough. Chewventus’ efforts during the week made the difference though, giving them a solid overall win👍🏻
