Jordan has been a brilliant example of someone willing to do whatever it takes to get where he wants to be. 🫡

Always willing to listen, learn and implement.

Voiced concerns and asked questions but NEVER made an excuse 🤝

Held himself accountable when necessary, asked for help when struggling.

He’s been the perfect client! 😻

He wanted to change his life and understood getting there alone just wasn’t working.

If you’ve followed me for a while you will have seen some of his milestones,

From logging his first ever run, to joining a gym, to learning how to track calories to pushing himself to be the best father, partner, friend and person he can be. 🔥🚀

He’s levelled up constantly during our time together and I’m proud to show him off.

His progress has featured alcohol, junk food, lazy days, demotivated days, imperfect decisions and side steps BECAUSE WE PLAN IT THAT WAY! 🤜🏻 🤛🏻

We set realistic targets and then rise above them.

He’s gone above and beyond week on week and understands that consistency beats perfection. ✅

His habits are now dialled in second nature, his food is great overall, his activity level and mindset are top notch and he is constantly seeking ways to improve

If I could design a client from the ground up and build them in a lab, it would look like Jordan. 🔬

SHOUT OUT TO MY HOME GIRL BECKY! 🗣️

The March gym challenge has been step-focused and the guys are crushing it 💪🏼

Now I’m big on developing and fostering a growth mindset with my clients

Where it is very easy to see others log high numbers and throw the towel in, Becky has demonstrated her biggest strength: her mindset!

Weekly check ins showed her struggle to hit and stay above 5k steps per day on average with a sedentary job and life responsibilities limiting her

The challenge has brought the best out of her as she has added 2.5k to her averages and logged 7.5k per day 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What’s impressed me most here is that these numbers actually see her at the bottom of the league yet she is not deterred, she hasn’t quit and she isn’t driven by ego or desire to win.

She operates with that growth mindset where improvement is the goal and 2.5k per day is quite the improvement

I first met Steve at a charity footy match where we formed Maltby’s very own Yorke & Cole tandem up front 😅⚽️

Not sure who was who but we TORE it up! (Yes I did before you ask...)

A short while later, my strike partner became my client and for a long time his progress felt like one step forward, one step back.

Nothing dramatic, just the stuff most blokes deal with… weekends rolling into a few too many drinks, work sending him all over the country (and sometimes out of it), and decisions happening on autopilot instead of intentional 😖

So we changed the approach

�Instead of “trying to be good with booze”, we got deliberate.

�We PLANNED when to drink but capped it with a limit rather than cross our fingers and hope the weekend passed by sober.

Steve likes a beer, who doesnt? So why remove it fully?

Once we planned for it, there was a big shift in results.

Choosing to enjoy 6 bottles on a Saturday stopped the Fri–Sun free-for-all 🥳

We built a work-away strategy too.

Clear realistic expectations, better decisions and a simple system he could follow anywhere.

Since New Year he’s had EIGHT straight losses. 📉

7 of those hitting our target for the week! ✅

�He’s 6.9kg down this year and quietly become one of the most consistent members we’ve got (don’t tell the others 🤫).
