Results don’t happen by accident — especially when you’re balancing work, little ones, laundry, deadlines, and about five tabs open in your brain at all times.

If you’re a working mum, life isn’t calm and spacious. It’s full. And when something isn’t working, it’s usually not because you “don’t have willpower.”

It’s because you’re human. And you’re busy.

That’s where coaching comes in.

Not to judge.
Not to shame.
Not to add pressure to an already full plate.

But to gently look at what’s actually going on.

When progress stalls, we don’t just say “try harder.”

Time to check in ! Be honest , have you moved enough this week ?
I’m not talking about necessary movement ( around the house , out to the bins , walking to the car to drive to your destination ) , I’m talking about MINDFUL MOVEMENT, movement with intent and something on top of your daily routine.
For me , having a desk based job this really needs to be a conscious effort ! So today ( and going forward ) I will be focused on mindful movement.
