My Monday and Wednesday Pilates classes at Herringthorpe Reform Church in Rotherham are the perfect mid-week reset.
Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, my mixed-level classes help you:

💪 Build real core strength
🧘 Improve posture and body awareness
🤸 Feel longer, stronger and more flexible
✨ Leave class feeling energised, stretched and in tune with your body

Each class is 50 minutes and includes classical mat Pilates with small equipment to keep things interesting and effective.
📅 Monday – 7:15pm
📅 Wednesday – 7:00pm
💷 £8 per class
👭 Bring a friend along

Classes are friendly, supportive and suitable for all levels and mixed ages.
