Yoga Balance and Strength Workshop

I will guide you step by step to many strength and balance yoga poses. 🫶
Strength supports good physical health, mental wellbeing and quality of life. Helps prevent injuries, strengthens bones, boosts mood and helps against chronic illness like diabetes and heart diseases.
Good balance helps prevent falls, improves cognitive function, strengthening core muscles, stabilises joints, trains the brain to coordinates movement.
The workshop will allow us the space and time to practice the postures from the beginning so we can learn and understand the principles and how they support our mind and body.
Coffee, tea and healthy fruit 🍇 smoothies available at the end of the practical session. Time for a natter and reflection.
Suitable for all levels as modifications are offered.
