Today has not been a good day!

Whilst cooking dinner the oil from the pan spat & caught me under the eye πŸ‘ top of the cheek bone to the eye lashes, it hurt all over, so not entirely sure of the exact spot.

Not only did it hurt, it caught me by surprise. Yep, I screamed 😱 I literally ran to my oil collection. I used the Lavender rollerball. Applied every few minutes. I noticed it seemed to still be burning πŸ€” On closer inspection, the rollerball was empty πŸ™ˆ So, that explained it.

I frantically found my bottle of Lavender as well as my Fractionated coconut oil & applied a drop of both under the eye. Probably every 5 minutes for around half an hour. The burning soon stopped & almost was restored. And now, you cant even noticed it!

Be Kind ......

Not only to those around, but to you 😊This means different thing's to different people. Looking after you, when you have to juggle work, partner, kids, house stuff, family & general life can be a challenge.

Im looking after me by looking after my nutrition. This may not look very nice, but it tastes quiet good. And I know it's good for me! Its also giving my body the nutrition it so needs & deserves.

Alongside this, I try to eat well, get enough rest, get enough sleep, walk most days in nature, do something for me.

Habit stacking is key πŸ”‘ & it takes time to get into a routine.

I love to help support others. Recently, a team member needed volunteers for a course she was doing. Naturally, I offered to helpπŸ†˜οΈ

I found the experience fascinating & some of the emotions I was displaying at the time, were connected to old habits / past life experiences πŸ€”

There were several oils that were recommended. Ylang Ylang I had actually chosen the day before! These were the ones I had & were drawn to.

I was advised to place in a diffuser & on my heart ❀️ Each morning & evening for a few days, I placed a drop of each down my sternum. I felt so much better after the first application 😌 I didnt put in the diffuser, as well, I'm not at home much.

A win win πŸ† Said team member got a case study that was required & practiced some skills & I felt a whole lot better πŸ’– It's lovely 😍 to support each other.
