What goes into prepping my Power Pilates classes?

My main goal is to ensure my classes 'make sense' anatomically, building intensity gradually while giving you a full-body workout.

My focus is on proper alignment, controlled movement, and breath, working with power and strength rather than flow.

Each class is structured to help you get the most out of your session:
• Warm up
• Main exercise block
• Stretch and reset to finish

Everything shifted for me once I started to invest in myself.
After years of struggling with my mental health and self-esteem, I learned that taking care of myself wasn’t selfish, it was necessary.

When you invest in yourself, you start building habits that support your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Things like self-care, movement, and connection can genuinely help reduce anxiety, lift your mood, and improve your overall quality of life.

These 5 habits have made the biggest difference on my healing journey 🤍

🌿 Spending time in nature: Whether it’s a short walk around your local area or a longer hike, getting outside has been shown to boost mood and lower stress.

📖 Journaling: Taking a few minutes a day to journal helps clear your mind, process emotions, and stay more present.

🏋️‍♀️ Regular exercise: Even 30 minutes of movement a day can release endorphins, your body’s natural feel-good chemicals.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Daily meditation and breathwork: Just 10 minutes a day can help calm your nervous system, relax your body, and reduce stress.

💃 Making time for joy: Intentionally prioritising the things that make you feel happy and fulfilled matters more than you think.

Small habits. Big shifts.

This space has been a long time coming ✨

Towards the end of last year my therapy practice became much busier, mainly through word-of-mouth referrals (which I’m so grateful for).
That meant I was working across different rooms, and whilst it worked, it wasn’t always consistent for my clients.

Fast forward to today. I finally have my own dedicated therapy space.

It’s calm, it feels right, and it has my stamp on it.
I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months bring.
