This week marks a huge milestone in my chiropractic journey. Not only is it 8 years since I started Symmetry Chiropractic, but yesterday I did my 10,000th patient visit! 🙌
I’m filled with gratitude and pride as I reflect on every session, every success story, and every individual who trusted me with their health and wellness.

To each of you who has walked through my door - thank you! From my beginnings on Oakfields Road in Lady Bay and working from Hyde-Barker Podiatry Southwell, to practising at The Bay Therapy Centre throughout Covid, and now to my beautiful clinic in Ruddington (plus the fabulous new clinic in Southwell), your support has made this possible.
