Pregnancy Yoga 🌸 This new weekly class is specifically designed for expectant mothers.

Suitable from 14 weeks. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with other mothers-to-be in a supportive environment. Connect with your body and take a moment each week to nurture yourself and your baby in a welcoming and peaceful setting.
