If you often get headaches that start at the base of your skull, behind the eyes or around the temples — especially after a long day — this may not be random.
Very often, this type of headache is linked to:
• chronic neck and shoulder tension
• poor posture (desk work, phone use)
• restricted blood flow
• muscle overload
If pain appears regularly, returns in the same areas and improves only temporarily with painkillers — your body is compensating, not healing.
Headaches are a signal, not a coincidence.
