🔆 Have you tried losing weight by yourself at home, been successful for a while only to find things getting in the way that scupper all your plans and good intentions when you know it will make you feel fitter, slimmer and more healthy.

🔆 I get that! I understand how you feel too. I didn’t think it would ever change for me until health problems started and I realised I had to do something for myself before it was too late.

🔆 Thats when I decided to give my local Slimming World group a try for myself.
It was the place that made me understand how much easier it would be to lose weight, never go hungry and learn to enjoy food again, and to do that amongst friends. I found it’s a lot more than losing weight it’s about no judgement, being inspired and being motivated too…..Quite honestly it was one of the best things I have ever done!
Here I am now, 6 stone lighter and fitter than I have ever been.
