I make a wellness drink every morning consisting of Hydro drops, Aloe Glow and L-Carnitine but I added Recharge today as I needed the extra vitamins and energy boost.

I've had a delivery today, no video as I'm full of cold with a croaky voice.
My much needed chocolate collagen powder which contains all 3 types of bovine collagen so great for skin, hair and joints.
