As Spring gains momentum, it can be helpful to pause and reset.

On 21 March I’m hosting a small meditation session designed to help you slow down, breathe and give the nervous system space to settle.

These sessions are simple and welcoming.

No experience is needed.

We spend time with gentle breathing, guided meditation and a quiet moment to reset before stepping back into the busyness of life.

If your mind has been feeling busy or your body is carrying tension, this can be a beautiful way to begin the season of spring.

Spaces are limited.

After holding my prices steady for several years, Revive All treatments will be increasing slightly from 1st May.

Running a small wellbeing practice means balancing many things quietly behind the scenes. These include training, insurance, oils, equipment, and the time taken to create a calm and welcoming space for each person who walks through the door.

Since opening Revive All, my aim has always been to offer treatments that are personal, unrushed, and genuinely supportive of your health and wellbeing.

To continue providing that level of care, a small adjustment to treatment prices will take effect from May.

Appointments booked before 1st May will remain at the current price.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Revive All. It truly means a lot to be trusted with your time, your stories, and your wellbeing.

Most people who come for massage tell me the same thing.

“My shoulders feel tight.”

When we talk a little more, there is a common pattern. Long hours at a desk. Shoulders slightly lifted. Head leaning forward. Hands working a keyboard while the rest of the body stays still.

The muscles around the neck and shoulders were never designed to hold one small position for hours at a time. They were designed for movement, turning, reaching and breathing.

Over time the body adapts.

The chest tightens.
The shoulders creep forwards and upwards.
The muscles at the base of the skull and along the top of the shoulders become sore and tired.

It’s not a failure of posture or discipline. It’s simply what happens when the body stays still for too long.

Massage helps by encouraging those muscles to soften again. Blood flow returns. Breathing deepens. The nervous system settles.

But the real change happens when we combine massage with small daily shifts.

A gentle shoulder roll.
Standing up for a minute.
A slow stretch between emails.

Tiny resets that remind the body it can move again.

If desk work is leaving your shoulders feeling tight or heavy, this is something I work with every week.

In-person meditation sessions are back!

Held gently at Equilibrium Hair and Wellness, these monthly sessions are an invitation to pause.

Saturday 21st February · 1pm
(and every 3rd Saturday of the month)

This is time set aside for you.
A place to step out of the noise, the rushing, the holding it all together.

Each session offers a supportive, welcoming space to:

- soften your nervous system

- experience guided meditation and simple mindfulness practices

- rest your body and quieten your mind

- arrive exactly as you are, without needing to fix or change anything

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be “good” at meditation.
You just need a willingness to take an hour or so for yourself.

If your body has been asking for space.
If your breath has been shallow without you noticing.
If rest feels overdue, this is for you.

The door is open.
