As Spring gains momentum, it can be helpful to pause and reset.
On 21 March I’m hosting a small meditation session designed to help you slow down, breathe and give the nervous system space to settle.
These sessions are simple and welcoming.
No experience is needed.
We spend time with gentle breathing, guided meditation and a quiet moment to reset before stepping back into the busyness of life.
If your mind has been feeling busy or your body is carrying tension, this can be a beautiful way to begin the season of spring.
