We’re so excited to have Megan from joining us on May 10th at Wild Heart Hill

Meg will be holding two beautiful spaces across the day… an embodied yoga session to help you drop out of the head and back into the body, and a rose ceremony woven with EFT tapping, inviting softness, release and connection.

She has such a calm, intuitive way of holding space… the kind that allows you to truly slow down and feel what’s there.

Really excited to be part of something new this spring.

Bear & Bird will be at .festival in the New Forest this May, holding a space alongside daily Qi Gong sessions to help you slow down, drop in and reconnect.

It’s a full weekend of movement, music, breathwork, workshops, good food, and proper human connection… all set in nature, with a focus on feeling rather than performing.

If you’ve been craving a reset, a bit of space, or just a different kind of weekend, this feels like a good one.

New festivals only work if people get behind them… so if it speaks to you, come and be part of it from the beginning.

I don’t say this enough, but I’m constantly in awe of you… The way you keep showing up, for us, for yourself, for life… always choosing to grow, to learn, to follow what feels right, even when it’s not the easy path.

A whole month in Rishikesh, stepping into something new, challenging yourself and giving it everything. That takes courage. The kind most people talk about, but never act on.

You’re brave, you’re driven, and you never stand still. You make the most of this life in a way that inspires me every day.

I’m so proud of you my love 🩵

Ember Sessions

11th April

This is what it is.

No competition.
No proving anything.
No pressure to be strong, loud, or “on”.
No tarot cards.
No rituals you don’t understand.
No forcing intention or trying to become someone else.

Just space.

Space to slow down.
Space to breathe.
Space to feel what you’ve probably been too busy to feel.

We’ll move a little.
We’ll breathe.
We’ll sit.
We’ll use heat, cold, and stillness to bring the system back to baseline.

This isn’t about being “a man”.
It’s about being human.

Taking the mask off… even if just for a few hours.

If something in you knows you need this, trust that.

It’s easy to think it’s all about the practice
the breathwork the meditation the movement…

But what matters just as much is the energy you bring into it

If you show up trying to fix something
or force a shift
the body feels that…

and instead of softening
it holds

When you come in more gently
with curiosity
with presence

something begins to change

This has been the theme inside the membership this week

Most of us don’t realise it…
but the intention we bring into a practice shapes the outcome just as much as the practice itself.

If we arrive trying to fix something,
to get rid of how we feel,
to become something better…
there’s already a quiet pressure in the body.

The system reads that as
something isn’t right here
something needs to change

…and it stays on guard.

But when we come in a little softer…
not to fix, but to meet what’s here,
to listen, to feel, to be present with it…

something shifts.

The breath deepens without force
the body softens without being told
the mind begins to quiet on its own

Not because we made it
but because we allowed it

Sometimes the work isn’t about doing more
it’s about changing the way we arrive ✨

It’s easy to fall into the feeling that something inside us needs fixing.

So we try harder. Searching for the right practice or the breakthrough that might finally make everything settle.

But the body often responds differently. More often it softens through gentleness and repetition, through small moments where we slow down and reconnect with what’s happening inside us.

This is the rhythm we practise together inside the Bear & Bird membership through breath, mindful movement and stillness.

Most of what we need… isn’t more information.

It’s somewhere to come back to.

A place to pause…
to move a little…
to breathe…
and just notice how we actually feel.

That’s really what this has become.

A steady space to return to… each week… in a way that feels simple and real.
