A full day of embodied movement with immersive sound bath, Rose Medicine workshop with Meghann from Qi Gong and breathwork with me, optional sauna sessions with Chris Hayes, a hearty vegan lunch, and we’ll close with a Full Power Cacao ceremony with live music from Josie Birch and more from Pause & Pace.

We’re really happy to share that Meghann from will be joining us for our Bear & Bird day retreat on the 10th of May!

Meghann offers deeply nurturing, heart centred practices rooted in somatics, energy work and plant medicine. Her work is gentle yet powerful, creating spaces where people feel safe to soften, listen and reconnect with themselves. She will be guiding a Rose Medicine workshop, a restorative ritual of movement, meditation and self massage, inviting a sense of care, openness and connection with the heart 🌹

It feels like a beautiful next layer to add to the day, weaving tenderness and depth into the wider journey. There’s more still to come 🤍

We’re so excited to share that Martin and Fernanda from will be joining us for our Bear & Bird day retreat on the 10th of May!

Pause & Pace offer deeply immersive sound bath experiences, created to support rest, presence and nervous system regulation. Their work also weaves in embodied, rhythm led movement inspired by Afro Brazilian traditions, inviting a gentle return to the body and a deeper sense of listening. They are also fellow ambassadors for and will be a big part of our closing ceremony! 🥳

A Return to Stillness
21 Feb · The Yoga Garden at Knepp

A day retreat to slow down, turn inward and soften back into yourself.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao and gentle Qi Gong to steady the breath and nervous system, move into sauna and wild swim across the open land, then return to the warmth of the yurt for immersive Breathwork, guided meditation and rest. A nourishing plant-based lunch is included, with time held between nature, warmth and quiet integration.

If your system has been craving space, nature and deep embodied rest, this day is an invitation to step out of the noise and into something simpler and more grounded.

Places are limited and booking is open via the website.

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately.
Winter has been a season of working beneath the surface… resting, restoring and letting new roots grow before anything is ready to be seen.

Now, slowly, I feel myself emerging again.
There are some really beautiful things unfolding for Bear & Bird this year and I can’t wait to share them with you in the same way this work has always grown… gently, honestly and in its own time.
