How does Reproflexology™ work?

The primary care is centred around the people rather than symptoms.

We combine conventional and complementary therapies which focus on treating the whole person, rather than just isolated symptoms. This is called "integrative medicine".

Reproflexology™ uses specific and prescriptive treatment protocols to address fertility health for both men and women.

This includes providing support to:

- regulate menstrual cycles and ensure that each stage is functioning at its best
- improve s***m production and functionality
- assist any underlying conditions – male or female
- track improvements by using results from medical testing
- enhance both physical and mental health to optimal levels

Our Reproflexologists are all trained to our exacting standards and offer excellent care. Helping our families conceive naturally or with medical assistance.

You can find your local Reproflexologist via our global directory on our website.

Being given 'me time' at uni today was the greatest gift they could have given me.

Just a little reminder to myself, and to you- it's ok to give yourself permission. You don't have to wait for anyone else to tell you that it's ok to take some time out.

Hormonal imbalances, irregular cycles, and painful periods are often signs that your body is out of sync- not broken.
Reflexology gently supports your endocrine and reproductive system, helping your body return to its natural rhythm. Many clients notice reduced PMS symptoms, more regular cycles, and a sense of balance after just a few sessions.
If your cycle feels unpredictable or unmanageable, reflexology might be a supportive step forward.
You're welcome to reach out or book a session- link in bio.

Many women come to see our reproductive reflexologists feeling frustrated and disheartened after trying to conceive without success. Often, they’ve never been taught how their menstrual cycle truly works or how small imbalances can affect fertility.

One of the things we spend a lot of time on is education. Understanding your cycle is so important when trying to get pregnant.

We offer specialised reflexology for fertility, but our support goes beyond that. We often use tools like OvuSense and cycle tracking to gain deeper insights, and we help women understand things like their luteal phase length, ovulation timing, and progesterone levels.

The luteal phase is the second half of your cycle, starting after ovulation and ending when your next period begins. It’s during this time that your body prepares for a potential pregnancy. If this phase is too short or not properly supported, it can make it harder to conceive.

What we often see is that under stress, the cycle can become irregular or imbalanced. That’s why our approach focuses on gently supporting and rebalancing each phase of the cycle, while also holding space for the emotional side of this journey.

If you’ve been trying to conceive and feel like something’s being missed, know that there is help available. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Our reproductive reflexologists are here to listen, to guide, and to support you every step of the way.

Still unsure about reproductive reflexology? You're not alone.

Many mums, and hopeful parents, come to us feeling sceptical. They’ve heard about reproductive reflexology through a friend, an article, or even a healthcare provider, but they’re not convinced it could really help.

And that’s okay. Scepticism is completely valid.

What most people don’t realise is that reproductive reflexology is far more than a relaxing foot treatment. Our trained practitioners are deeply knowledgeable in the complexities of both female and male reproductive health. They may suggest fertility-related tests, guide you in tracking your temperature, and support changes in lifestyle, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.

Because fertility is never just about one thing. It’s a whole-body, whole-couple journey.

We’ve supported people with PCOS, endometriosis, and those going through IVF or assisted conception. Some have been told they may never conceive, and yet they have gone on to have success stories of their own.

We see your frustration. We honour your sadness. And we’re here to support you with compassion, science-based care and hope.

Want to find someone who understands the full picture? You can connect with a local reproductive reflexologist via our website.

I just had a feeling this year would be different. Something in me lit up 9 months ago, and since then, I’ve taken some huge, positive steps forward. And now, I’m proud to share the next one…
I’m officially a student at Anglia Ruskin University 🧡📚
I can already tell this is the right path- the people I’ve met, the support I’ve been given, the laughs we’ve already shared… it all just feels right. This will all eventually allow me to give my clients the very best support.
A massive thank you to  for guiding me here. It’s more than I hoped for- it’s perfect.
Here’s to what’s next ✨

Taking your temperature every morning might seem small, but it can have a big impact when you are trying for a baby.

Your Basal Body Temperature changes through your cycle. Tracking it before you get out of bed can reveal when you are ovulating.

One woman we worked with started charting her BBT alongside weekly reflexology. After 18 months of trying, her cycle became more regular and she conceived within 8 months. She is now a mum to a healthy baby girl 🥰

Sometimes, simple daily habits can lead to life-changing results.

Fingers crossed! 🤞🤞

I thought it was worth mentioning that hot weather can affect fertility in both men and women.
🔥 For men, overheating (especially around the groin area) can lower s***m count and affect motility.
🔥 For women, extreme heat can disrupt hormone balance, affect menstrual cycles, and increase inflammation- all of which can make conception more difficult.

How to protect your fertility in the heat:
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Avoid hot tubs, saunas & tight clothing
✅ Keep your core body temperature cool
✅ Choose light, breathable fabrics
✅ Prioritise stress-reducing practices (like reflexology!)
Reflexology can help your body stay balanced, support hormone health, and reduce stress- no matter the season. 🌿
