I’ll be offering two daytime classes, designed to support women’s health, wellbeing, and recovery — all in a relaxed, friendly environment.

A supportive class to help you heal after pregnancy and birth, focusing on:
Core strength
Pelvic floor
Shoulders, back and legs
Gentle, effective movement to help you feel good in your body again.

Suitable for women of any age, this class is designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
