Come and Rest and Reset under the Full Moon...

🌕 Join our Full Moon Gong Bath on Friday, 7th November from 7.30pm till 9.30pm in Helions Bumpstead, Nr Haverhill.

🎶 This is an opportunity to take a journey through the medium of sound and vibration...

Gifting yourself some you time to rest and bathe in the sounds and vibrations from the gongs!...

The evening begins with some gentle yoga stretches to prepare the body, moving into Yoga Nidra (a deep relaxation practice) to prepare the mind and then into the sounds and vibrations from the gongs and other instruments.

There will be space at the end (with teas and treats) to ensure you are fully grounded before you leave the gong space.

Booking essential as spaces are limited.

🍏 As we reach the peak of high summer, the crops are being gathered, the first fruits and nuts are ripening and beginning to fall and the seeds for next years harvest are carefully selected and stored.

☀ The summer feels endless but the energy is starting to shift and begin its journey inwards...

🌻 This is our time to gather our own harvest. To begin the process of assimilating our journey through the expansive and outward-reaching experiences of the last few months. To connect back into our inner world to bring a deeper awareness of our relationship with ourselves and the world around us...🙏
