I don't care where you are in the world or how long or short your lineage is. My programme is only for ppl who are:

1. Attuned to Usui Reiki (I don't care what level or tradition or who's in your lineage)
2. Feeling like they could be doing more with their Reiki
3. Up for committing to a daily 15-30m practice for 30 days🙏
4. Ready to shine their Reiki light brighter than ever before 🕯✨️
5. Respectful of differences (no intolerance or challenging of personhood is allowed in this space!! I hold a safe space for everyone - no exceptions!)🤲

This Easter weekend in St Helens, it's Reiki Share Saturday! And you don't need to be a Reiki practitioner to join us - in fact you don't even need to know anything about Reiki!

You'll receive a mini-Reiki session, and take part in a guided Reiki-infused meditation. You'll be able to ask questions, and feel out the vibes of the group. No pressure, no expectation, no belief or faith required. Just an open mind.

Everyone is welcome at my Reiki Shares!

Tickets are tiered, the venue is accessible and I hope to see you there!

Hey lovelies! You've got the opportunity to magnify the energy of your intentions, by tacking your intentions to the Moon now - at its lowest ebb, before it begins its growth period (AKA "waxing").

Ready to go? Be specific. Decide what you want to manifest, and make sure it aligns with your "big picture" goals.

The growing phase is around 2 weeks long, so think about the change you want to see in a fortnight's time - when the moon is at its peak.

Write it down! Read it out loud! Say it to the night sky! Carve it into a candle, light the candle (safely) and meditate/visualise that change being in place (again - safely - eyes open, gazing at the flame, not with children, soft furnishings, flammables or animals nearby).
