Because the full Reel was a little bit too long to be shown to many people, let's see whether this one can reach more ppl who are ready to take back control and step out of "fight/flight/fawn/freeze" into calm, grounded presence.

All it takes is 3 breaths... anyone can do this, and feel the benefit straight away. Standing in the bus queue, making that presentation at work, having that conversation with a difficult overwhelming person... this technique can make a difference for you.

"3 Deep Grounding Breaths" - this is my energy-workers' secret that anyone can use to bring themselves back from overwhelm, triggered "fight/flight" states, panic, anxiety or even dissociation.

Because it's such a powerful and relevant tool, which even helps ground people and animals around you, I decided to make it freely accessible - so here you go. Eee!!! I'm beyond excited to share that my second "Insight Timer plus" Reiki practice has been approved, and it's now live!
It's perfect if you want to try learning and/or chanting the 5 Reiki Precepts, or simply to just tune in and enjoy the energy of the track (of course, I was in my Reiki connection whilst recording the track).
The 5 Reiki Precepts were written by Mikao Usui - the originator of the original "Reiki" healing modality that later came to the West, and inspired many more people to create their own energy work modalities, using the word Reiki.
My lineage and practice is from the original Reiki - and so the 5 Reiki precepts are important and integral to me, and my practice. The precepts' meaning teaches us about the nature of Reiki and how we can be as effective a vessel for the Reiki energy as possible. But did you know that words themselves - and their sounds have energy as well? The 5 precepts - especially when chanted or spoken in their original language - allow us to feel the powerful energy of the words and of the energy of every other Reiki-attuned person who has chanted them as well.
I hope this recording will bring some of the energy and Spirit of Reiki to those who listen 🙏😊✨️
