Today I'm giving myself a little TLC!
I've been in pain with my leg and back for past few day's and not being able to walk properly 🙃

I'm always telling my clients to look after themselves with regular massage - but not myself!!

My problem - started with pain in knee from hiking. Because I left it, it's now caused a tight IT band, and tight glutes, which is causing pain in my hips and lower back!

I've done some excercise rolling, self massage, cup gliding and cup suction.
Feeling looser and pain free already ☺️

If you're feeling the pain, don't leave it like myself, sort it as soon as that pain starts, otherwise you'll create more damage to other areas of your body!

Note to self - take a leaf out of your own book 📖 🙂
