Reiki Healing Night

Life can be a lot sometimes.
We’re constantly on the go — juggling work, family, and endless to-do lists. In the middle of all that noise, we often forget about the most important person of all… ourselves.

This evening is your invitation to pause. To step away from the rush and reconnect with your own calm, healing energy.

Join us for a soothing Reiki Healing Night, a peaceful experience designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and feel reconnected to your body, mind, and spirit.

Here’s what the evening will include:

Gentle Breath work to ground and release tension — helping you drop out of your busy mind and back into your body.

Group Reiki Healing to restore energetic flow, rebalance your system, and awaken your natural ability to heal.

EFT (Tapping) to clear emotional blockages and release the weight of unspoken feelings or worries you may have been carrying.

Guided Meditation to soothe your mind, deepen your relaxation, and reconnect you with a sense of peace within.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centred — like a deep breath for your soul.

This evening is perfect if you’ve been feeling:

* Emotionally or mentally drained
* Disconnected or stuck in your own thoughts
* Overwhelmed or anxious
* Or simply in need of some time just for you

No experience is needed — just come as you are. Whether you’re curious about reiki or simply need an evening to unwind, you’ll be warmly welcomed and supported throughout.
