How to find us!! 🗺️

If you're not familiar with St Ives you may struggle to find the Edward Hain Centre, so here are some simple directions ⬇️

Head into St Ives on Trelyon Avenue (A3074)
Continue (left) onto Albert Road
Turn left at the end of the road, and then left again onto Talland Road
Turn left onto Belyars Lane
Find the small FREE car park on the left hand side 👏

Follow the path down to the back of the Edward Hain Centre.

Swimmers and surfers 🏄, this ones for you...

Otitis Externa. Also Known as Swimmers ear.

When the outer ear is disturbed and the skin barrier is damaged, the natural waxiness disappears and fails to protect the ear canal from water and humidity, giving bacteria and fungi a way to enter the skin and create inflammation and/or infection,known as Otitis Externa.

You may also be at risk if you:
👂Swim, dive and shower regularly
👂Clean your ears with cotton buds
👂Have psoriasis or dematitis
👂Use hearing aids, headphones or ear buds.

To avoid Otitis Externa, we recommend keeping the ears dry by using water sports earplugs, ear warmer headband and drying ears after water exposure.
