She had been struggling with neck/shoulder pain, along with hip pain for some time. With advice, progressive exercises, deep tissue massage, and acupuncture, she was sleeping through the night, achieved her goals and back to her activities!!

Thank you so much to another one of my amazing clients!!

She had been struggling with bilateral knee pain for a while, and with advice around her condition, a graded exercise programme, and six sessions of acupuncture, her symptoms had significantly improved.

We achieved her main goal of increasing her walking distance and exercise tolerance 🙌🏼🙌🏼
