We’re on a full face rejuvenation journey ☺️

Every treatment plan I put together has a reason behind it. It’s never random or about “everything all at once.” I stack and sequence treatments in a way that gives the skin the best chance to respond and improve.

This client wanted lift and a fresher overall look, so we started with HIFU for structure and support, then added a targeted skin booster to enhance texture and hydration. Even at this stage, only 4 weeks into her plan, the lift and smoothness are already noticeable.

She had morpheus8 elsewhere in the past but didn’t find it comfortable or particularly effective for her. My approach after her consultation was to tailor treatments that felt right for where her skin was at now whilst also providing long lasting, low maintenance results.

With ipl, microneedling and under-eye polynucleotides still to come (and hifu working in the background), we’re only partway through her journey… but the strategy is already paying off.

We need to talk about SPF… especially the kind you think you’re wearing.

If it’s only in your makeup or moisturiser, it’s not enough.
SPF needs to be its own product.. the main event, not the supporting act.

You want high protection (30+ minimum, 50 is better) and it must cover both UVA and UVB.
UVA = ageing rays (the ones that sneak through clouds, windows and winter).
UVB = the ones that burn.

And yes, you absolutely need it every single day, even when it’s cloudy, raining or you’re “not going anywhere.”

If you’re investing in microneedling, facials, skin boosters or any long-term skin journey… skipping SPF is like taking one step forward and three steps back.
