This case has probably been my most daunting one to date. This patient of mine had been wanting ortho done for years. She has been referred for her class III skeletal discrepancy to be corrected with orthognathic surgery as a teenager but she was too scared to go ahead with it. Together we laboriously discussed what could be done and finally we decided to accept a compromised but functionally and aesthetically great Invisalign outcome
