Many of us are so quick to increase the speed of life.
Because somewhere along the way we learned that slowing down maybe meant falling behind, missing out, or loosing control.

The truth is, Devine timing is the real deal. 🙌🏽 And anything that is truly meant for you, will never pass you by.

Move slower, and healing begins to reveal itself.
And peace can begin to return to the body. 🌿

Pain exists when our outer layers of health become compromised. And it’s usually something in our environment that triggers us. The body then reacts a certain type of way at this point.

The good news is that the pain we experience can be healed. It’s in the subconscious healing work where healing is truly possible. ❤️

However, if we feel stuck in something that doesn’t feel good, we have the ability to become unstuck. To break patterns that do not fit where we want to go. Change your beliefs, you change your life. 🚀

Most people only pay attention to pain when it reaches the physical body. But the truth is that long before it shows up there, it moves through other energetic layers that we all have beyond the physical.

🟪Spiritual body
🟩Mental body
🟨Emotional body
🟥Etheric Body

These outer layers are woven together through soul awareness, unity, purpose, beliefs, and life force.

For many, pain can sometimes feel like an enemy. But often it’s the final signal - after the mental, energetic and emotional layers have become too heavy.

If this resonates, maybe try a different perspective. When pain persists ask yourself this question -
“What is this pain connected to, and what are you trying to show me?”

That shift alone could change everything. 🌿

But familiarity doesn’t mean it’s your destiny. With gentle awareness and consistent new choices, you can teach your body a different pattern - one rooted in safety, not survival 💫

What keeps us stuck in pain…

The words we attach to our life experiences will change our biochemistry. 🧠 Especially when we attach heavy meaning behind it.

Below are 3 simple steps to reduce the identity of pain, and begin retraining the brain to believe better (trust me it works!):

1️⃣ Every time you catch yourself saying
MY, or I AM…Physically stop yourself! Notice the awareness and say “no, this is not who I am”
2️⃣ Replace it with a deeper truth - who you truly desire to be in that moment. Even if you don’t believe it yet. (If you condition it, the brain the brain can begin to rewire)
3️⃣ Stick with the process, never leave the site until you believe in a new identity.

We only experience the life we focus on, so why not create a bloody good one! ☝🏽✨
