💫 Close your eyes, place one hand on your heart, and take a few slow breaths.
💫 Gently ask yourself:
‘How does this pain make me feel emotionally?” (Example: How does the sharp pain in my neck make me feel?)
💫 Let the emotions surface, then write them down.
💫 With your eyes still closed, ask:
“What belief is connected to this pain?”
You now have the emotion and the belief linked to the pain. This is where change begins. 🥹🙌🏽
Begin gently rewiring it by reminding yourself: “I am safe.”
Pain holds emotional charge. Therefore when we change the emotion and belief behind it, the body can respond differently - Safe and free.❤️
Our body is always communicating with us.
