Most people only pay attention to pain when it reaches the physical body. But the truth is that long before it shows up there, it moves through other energetic layers that we all have beyond the physical.

๐ŸŸชSpiritual body
๐ŸŸฉMental body
๐ŸŸจEmotional body
๐ŸŸฅEtheric Body

These outer layers are woven together through soul awareness, unity, purpose, beliefs, and life force.

For many, pain can sometimes feel like an enemy. But often itโ€™s the final signal - after the mental, energetic and emotional layers have become too heavy.

If this resonates, maybe try a different perspective. When pain persists ask yourself this question -

What keeps us stuck in painโ€ฆ

The words we attach to our life experiences will change our biochemistry. ๐Ÿง  Especially when we attach heavy meaning behind it.

Below are 3 simple steps to reduce the identity of pain, and begin retraining the brain to believe better (trust me it works!):

1๏ธโƒฃ Every time you catch yourself saying
MY, or I AMโ€ฆPhysically stop yourself! Notice the awareness and say โ€œno, this is not who I amโ€
2๏ธโƒฃ Replace it with a deeper truth - who you truly desire to be in that moment. Even if you donโ€™t believe it yet. (If you condition it, the brain the brain can begin to rewire)
3๏ธโƒฃ Stick with the process, never leave the site until you believe in a new identity.

We only experience the life we focus on, so why not create a bloody good one! โ˜๐Ÿฝโœจ

I know stepping out of a comfort zone can feel scary.
Especially when that โ€œcomfortโ€ has been your reality for a long time. But hereโ€™s the honest question I had to ask myself:

Why am I choosing something that didnโ€™t actually feel goodโ€ฆ just familiar.

I realised I wasnโ€™t staying because it was comfortable - I was staying because I knew it.

We have the ability to heal the thoughts and beliefs in our brain that donโ€™t serve us anymore. Because if your thoughts make you sick, they can also make you better. Follow for more. โค๏ธ
