They don’t just say they’re tired.
They say they feel overwhelmed.
Not busy, overwhelmed.
Emotionally alone.
Carrying too much.
Trying to get everything right.
I’ve supported women practically for years from pregnancy through early motherhood. But what I keep seeing underneath is emotional overload.
I’m now offering therapeutic sessions (counselling skills & hypnotherapy) for women who feel this way.
Calm, grounded sessions focused on reducing overwhelm and creating steadiness.
