Mental Health Matters
How often do you just want to collapse in front of the TV or your phone? Feeling exhausted, mind racing, craving some quiet?
In the year 2023/24 an average 1/3 of all days taken off sick were due to mental health challenges.
In the age of AI, internet and self-help books, this group offers connection with others who want to learn and understand more about challenges that impact their daily lives and ability to cope.
Is it an opportunity to get together in an informal and relaxed environment discussing common challenges over tea and biscuits.

Looking back on childhood memories, it's clear that they were seen through a narrow, survival-focused lens, with limited emotional connection and fragmented recollections. Visiting the old school after 40 years felt weird. Everything had changed, and I didn't feel any emotional attachment
