✨ A little update from me… ✨

I’ve had a few messages recently from people asking if I’m still practising as they can't see any updates online, which made me realise I haven’t actually posted in quite a while!

In short, I’m still here doing the work I love. I’ve just been a little quieter online. The pause has been really needed and has given me space to reset and reflect on what’s next, both personally and professionally.

I continue to work with hypnotherapy clients looking for long-term, meaningful change, and I’ll have some space for new clients from December/January onwards.

More to come soon, but for now, thank you to everyone who’s reached out, referred friends or simply thought of me. It means a lot.

💫 HypnoBirthing Refresher Course - gauging interest

✨ Over the past week, a couple of lovely past clients have been in touch - both expecting again and wanting to reconnect with the tools and techniques that helped them feel calm and confident before.

For a while now, I’ve been working mainly 1:1, which I’ve really enjoyed but these recent messages have made me realise how much I’ve missed the connection and energy of group courses. Not to mention the post-birth catch-ups and cake!

So, I’m exploring whether to run a small HypnoBirthing Refresher Course for parents preparing to welcome their next baby.

This would be a relaxed, supportive space to come back to your calm, refresh your mindset, and revisit the practical techniques that really make a difference.

🕯️ What it might include:

A mix of online and in-person sessions (around 6-8 hours in total)

A focus on the most effective tools and techniques for birth

Time to reconnect with your calm, positive mindset

The chance to meet other like-minded parents preparing for their next chapter

The course will mainly focus on tools and techniques rather than the full educational content, though I’m very open to suggestions and happy to provide extra support with birth choices and information if needed.
