If the whole Christmas thing isn’t really your vibe, or you’ve ever felt like you had to just go along with it, we get it. 💛

This year, we’re swapping the tinsel for the trails — heading out for a lovely walk in the hills, a picnic, and a good old natter.

Why the seek your soul women?

This last week these women have held me up when I've been in a low place.

They have let me cry on their sofas.

Let me sit silently with a cup of tea.

Not expecting a thing off me.

I don't need to put a face on or pretend to be happy.

They just sat with me.

This is why I made this group. I made it so it's a place for women to never struggle alone. And my word have they stepped up this week. Some of them I haven't even met yet , yet they are still messaging me checking in.

It's for the good times and the hard times.

Blessed to have these women in my life 🩷

It’s funny how easy it is to moan, judge, or jump straight to the negative, right? It takes zero effort to dislike something—or someone.

But honestly, once you start training your brain to look for the good stuff…the little bits of light, the kindness in people (even the ones who’ve hurt you)… everything just feels lighter. Your happiness and your whole vibe start to shift.

A close friend once told me, “find the positive in every situation.”
And you know what? They were right. Sometimes you have to dig for it, but there’s always a tiny bit of good hiding somewhere. ✨
