It's the end of the month - time to see what my lovely groups have lost in February 🥰
Tuesday evening at Marriott House - 166½lbs gone! 🎉
Thursday morning at Wheelock - 154lbs vanished! 🥳
Saturday morning at Marriott House - 248½lbs disappeared! 🏆

That is a grand total of 569lbs, or 14stone 9lbs, lost this month!

I am so proud of each and every one of my members for striving for a fitter and healthier version of themselves 💞
