Winter Solstice Cacao & Sound Bath

Sometimes what our bodies are craving is staring us right in the face 🤦🏼‍♀️
I keep noticing this little plant everywhere I go it’s Red Clover

Red clover's benefits primarily relate to menopause symptom relief, such as reducing hot flashes, and improving cardiovascular and bone health due to its high levels of isoflavones, which mimic estrogen. It also has potential uses in skincare and haircare, and some studies suggest it may aid in respiratory infections. However, its effects, especially on bone density and cholesterol, are still debated, and more research is needed. Always consult a healthcare provider before using red clover supplements, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or are on medication.
