Bridlington's own PGA pro golfer Alex belt started working with thrive360 health coaching 15 weeks ago. His goal was to improve strength, power and lean muscle mass.

By following a properly periodised training programme, high quality nutrition advice and sleep and stress management techniques he has;

💥 Increased his lean body mass by 6kg
💥 Improved his strength on squat, deadlift, bench press and shoulder press by upto 50%
💥 Increased his power output resulting in a 6mph improvement in his golf club head speed, leading to an extra 18 yards off the tee.

Alex hopes to maintain these gains whilst moving on to his next goal of continued body recomposition; increasing muscle mass and reducing body fat.
