Good Morning to you on this lovely Sunday. 💜

☀ I woke up this morning, earlier than usual, feeling a little achy and somewhat anxious with thoughts buzzing around my head. 😕

There I was lying in bed, tossing and turning, thinking, 'Should I go for a p*e? Do I plump up the pillows and roll over, or do I get up and start the day?' 🛏

Well, I did just that. I realised I wasn't in the mood to go back to sleep, so I got up out of bed and went for a beautiful morning walk to watch the sunrise so majestically over the sea. 🌅

I find that going for a walk always clears away my stresses, aches and anxieties. 😃

Now I can say I've started the morning with a beautiful sunrise, an uplifting smile and a fantastic start to the day. 🥰
